1967 Honda C100 (50cc Cub)

A place to discuss non-Helix scooters.

I just sent you a PM of a guy in Dallas that may have the parts you need. He fixed my Helix and has several old Honda scooters in his shop.

I have (3) heads and (3) jugs at the Honda dealer, waiting to be bored and valve seats cut - seems to be taking forever - but in the meantime I've replaced the rusted out exhaust sections on the '64 w/ roadster kit with eBay salvage bike parts, replaced the tubes in the tires, fuel lines and cleaned and waxed the paint, as well as the chrome. Slowly getting there - anxious to get her back together. This is a 4 speed bike and 90cc so it should have more get up than any other of my Honda Cubs.

Thanks for the pictures. I tend to forget the beauty of those bikes until I see them again

Thanks guys - it's warm here today - projected high of 73 definitely riding weather. Hoping to make it to a couple of bike/car shows this spring/summer. We've done a couple of car shows with the Model T in the last couple of years, but they get a bit boring going to the same shows with the same car. We usually take oldest car award, but there is always a Model T with a more recent restoration - going on nearly a 50 yr restoration now, so it's showing it's age -- anyway looking forward to new adventures.
